Join ALLORA Health + Wellness and Mt Lebanon Nature Conservancy in Mt Lebanon’s Bird Park for a monthly Mindfulness offering. The 45-minute slow flow yoga class is accessible to all ages and abilities and focuses on gentle and intentional movement with longer holds to promote strength building, stretching, and deep relaxation. Combining movement and breath, this class is the PERFECT way to start any day, slow down from your normal fast-paced routine, get back into your yoga practice, or try it for the first time! There is no better place to roll out your mat and zen out then outside and in the beauty of nature! We recommend bringing your own mat and any props that you will need to support your body during the practice (yoga mats, yoga blocks, straps, etc). If you don’t have a yoga mat, a limited quantity will be available on-site. Please feel free to email amanda@allorahealthandwellness.com with any questions you may have!
