Would you like to learn an almost effortless way to grow vegetables and native plants from seed, without any special equipment or spaces?
Please join us on Saturday, February 17, from 2 - 4 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Church of the South Hills (Sunnyhill) for a presentation on winter sowing and a hands-on class. You'll take home a winter-sown container of native seeds that you can leave outside for the winter, watch sprout in the early spring, and plant in your garden in June.
The hardest part of winter sowing is doing nothing while nature and the plants do all of the work!
Please register for this event, as space is limited.
